Pricing
The price you see is the price you pay. All mandatory costs, including VAT, are in the first amount on the screen. No surcharge per payment method, no costs afterwards. If a price changes, we announce it 30 days in advance; an annual plan keeps the same price for 12 months. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
For guests
- Ordering and paying at a venue: €0. You pay the menu price, and a tip only if you want to.
- Splitting, a Billie, settling up with friends: €0.
- Group Billie "Everyone pays their own": split fee per person €0.49 (share under €10) or €0.99 (from €10), incl. VAT; the same for iDEAL | Wero, Apple Pay and card. With balance: €0. "I pay for everyone" stays €0.
- Buying a ticket: €0.99 service fee per paid ticket (tickets under €10: €0.49). Free tickets: €0. Already included in the price shown, incl. VAT.
- Resale: the buyer pays the same service fee, the seller €0. The price is at most 100% or 120% of the original price, as the organiser chooses.
- Passing tickets on to friends: €0.
- Cancelled: you get 100% back, service fee included, within 14 days.
- Topping up (iDEAL | Wero, Apple Pay, card, SEPA): €0, from €10.
- Withdrawing to your bank: €0 (1–2 working days). Straight to your account (instant): 1%, minimum €0.50, only if you choose it.
- Remaining balance back: €0, always, with no deadline.
- Pots, creating and contributing: €0; the pot receives exactly your contribution.
- Account, verification and BilliePas: €0.
- Tips are always optional and default to "No tip". BillieMe takes nothing from tips.

- Start is genuinely usable: 1 linked device (order screen or bar scanner), up to 3 staff, unlimited menus, QR menu and events with free sign-up (up to 1,000 per year).
- Pro: unlimited devices and stations, the Terminal till (walk-in, table tabs), roles, event menus, private parties, insights and unlimited free sign-ups. First month free (introductory offer).
- Menu only is free: the order then does not go through BillieMe.
- Payment costs at cost price, exactly what Stripe charges, with no markup: iDEAL | Wero €0.29; standard EEA card 1.5% + €0.25 (premium EEA 2.8% + €0.25; UK 2.5% + €0.25; outside the EEA 3.15% + €0.25; +2% for currency conversion); Terminal 1.4% + €0.10 (Tap to Pay +€0.10). Plus payouts: 0.25% + €0.10 per payout and €2 per month in which we pay out.
- Balance orders: plan % + 1% balance handling.
- Group Billie "Everyone pays their own": the guest's split fee covers the payment costs of their payment; the venue only pays the plan % there.
- Fees are deducted within the amount of each order. Guests never pay more than the menu price.
- Selling tickets: the organiser pays the payment costs at cost price; the buyer pays the service fee.
- Instant payout: 1%, at cost price.
- Pro is sold as a subscription through the App Store.
